Los Angeles: Ethan Klein is facing consequences for his alleged affair. Less than a day after his wife Hila Klein accused him of cheating on her for the last six months, The H3 Podcast — which the pair cohosted alongside various producers — has dropped him.
The Production Team’s Statement
“We are shocked, angry and heartbroken to hear about Ethan’s ongoing affair,” a post shared to The H3 Podcast Instagram account on October 22 read. “As soon as we found out, we all agreed: we would not continue working with Ethan involved or profiting in any way.”
As Ethan made up one half of the star power on the podcast — which launched in 2017 — the producers admitted the future of the show is uncertain.
“There’s a lot to work through and we wish we had more answers for you,” the statement continued. “We stand with Hila and support her every step of the way. We’re disgusted by Ethan’s actions and the hurt he caused. We all deserved better: Hila, us and you.”
The production team added that they are “sticking together” amid the rocky time. “We put so much of ourselves into this show and it’s hard to find the words for what we’re feeling right now. Thank you for giving us some time to figure things out, and for all the love you’ve shown us. We love you and we miss you already.”
E! News said it attempted to reach representatives for Ethan for comment on Hila’s allegations and the podcast statement.
Hila Klein’s Allegations
Hila shared her allegation shortly before the podcast team spoke out, saying she had been “living in a nightmare” for months.
“My husband has been having an affair,” Hila — who married Ethan in 2012 and shares three young children with him — wrote in a statement on Instagram on October 22. “I have been fed lie after lie for months. I am tired of lies.”
The 38-year-old alleged that Ethan, 41, had been cheating for over six months and had continuously lied to her when she tried to address her “sense that something was wrong.”
“After I dragged these lies from him, he finally admitted he’d been having an affair for over six months, the extent of which I’m sure I still don’t know,” Hila wrote. “The betrayal I feel is immeasurable. The person I loved and trusted for 20 years evaporated overnight. He was my safe space, my partner in marriage, parenting and business.”
She admitted she “doesn’t know” how to move forward. “I’m in survival mode, trying to navigate separation, co-parenting, and unthinkable heartbreak,” she continued. “All I can do right now is focus on taking care of myself and my children, one day at a time.”
