Los Angeles, CA – Andrew “King Bach” Bachelor, a comedian, actor, and content creator with over 70 million followers across social platforms, has wrapped production on Tap Twice, an independent supernatural horror film marking his feature directorial debut. The film follows a grieving couple who retreat to an isolated estate where the walls record every word they speak, and a presence gradually learns to mimic their voices. The cast includes Chelsea Tavares (All American), Joel McKinnon Miller (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Carson Fagerbakke (Shifting Gears), Augusta Liv (The Beauty), Gillian Nation (Euphoria), and Joe Massingill (Spider-Noir).

The film is produced by Christina Bachelor alongside Andrew Bachelor, Ryan Lewis, and Ilya Pozin in association with Luna Media Company. This marks a significant step for Bachelor, who has built a massive following through his comedic content. He recently released his debut comedy special, Like, Share, And Comment, directed by Jo Koy, in June. He has upcoming acting roles in Universal’s Violent Night 2, Amazon MGM’s Road House 2, the romantic comedy Goodbye Girl, and the indie crime thriller Good in the Room.

Bachelor’s transition from digital creator to feature filmmaker reflects a growing trend of influencers leveraging their audience and creative skills to enter traditional Hollywood. He is represented by Christina Bachelor, Artists First, CAA, and Duncan Hedges of Hansen, Jacobson, Teller. Tap Twice is currently in post-production, with a release date yet to be announced.
